Joe Degabriele
Founder and Managing Director
Joe has 30 years of international experience, having worked extensively in the US, Italy, France, and Malta. Throughout his career, he has held several senior management positions in superyacht repair facilities.
He has also served as a director in various entities, including the Malta Maritime Authority, and later as Chairman of the Maritime Affairs Supervisory Committee within Transport Malta.
Joe played a key role in developing the initial strategy to establish the Malta Flag as a preferred yachting flag.
Joe also currently acts as a senior consultant for an international group operating multiple superyacht refit yards in the Mediterranean and the Middle East.

Matthew Peak
Head of Advisory and Legal
Matthew is a superyacht captain with 20 years of experience and an English barrister (trial lawyer).
With over two decades of senior-level experience in the superyacht industry, Matthew has served as a captain, owner’s representative, and maritime consultant on some of the world’s most prestigious superyachts. He leverages this unique blend of skills and experience to advise and represent a range of industry stakeholders, including yacht owners, shipyards, captains, and crew members.
Accustomed to operating at the highest levels of professionalism and excellence for the world’s most discerning individuals, Matthew excels in delivering informed, pragmatic solutions to our clients.

Ronja Thielmann
Head of Crew Training
Ronja grew up in a northern German town near a major shipyard. This close proximity led to her early involvement with yachts, where she gained valuable hands-on experience.
Over the course of 15 years, Ronja held various roles — including chief stewardess — on both private and high-profile charter yachts. Alongside her yachting career, she worked as a Butler at the world-renowned Savoy Hotel in London while pursuing her studies, earning a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Fashion. As part of her academic journey, she also completed a diploma in Business and Finance.
Ronja is the author of several training courses covering a range of topics, with a focus on housekeeping and service.

Ana F. Vasa
Team Leader Crew Administration
Ana holds a Master's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from the School of Business Management and Economics, University of Sussex, in Brighton, UK and a Business Management Degree from the University of Westminster, Business School in London.
She brings a strong background of hospitality and finance, complemented by extensive experience in crew management for commercial vessels. Fluent in five languages, Ana adeptly navigates the complexities of international crew administration with precision and efficiency. Her keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to high-quality service, regulatory compliance and exceptional support for both crew members and management ensures our crew operations run smoothly and efficiently.
